I was a bit disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room I was initially given on the bottom floor wasn't clean and had wet towels hanging in the shower. I had to request a switch since the room I had booked wasn't available as expected. Despite this, the service was friendly and accommodating, even going the extra mile to help clean my dusty suitcase. The location suited my needs well, being close to the places I wanted to visit in Calimesa, Calif. However, the cleanliness of the room and the presence of a very smokey smell were major drawbacks. The dining options were minimal and lacked variety, but having a fridge and microwave in the room was convenient for a quick snack. I wish the hotel had more nutritious food choices and decaf options. The facilities were decent, but there was room for improvement in terms of cleanliness and air quality.
